RAM issue for sure, do you have physical access to the server? I’d remove RAM modules one by one and try it until you identify the faulty one, then put the rest back in

Hi This would need some more information like the version of windows, 7,8,10...? Server flavor? 2008, 2012? If you made no change to the system and it happened automatically, then its one of 1. Malware 2. Hardware malfunction. Fortunately, there are guides to assess that. If you wish to check out yourself, I can share the guides.
