IT specialist - Office/Email/Domains

Hi, I need someone who can help me out on an hourly basis with some items I need setup for my business. I need someone to go through the setups of a few items listed below, and recommend the most cost effective solutions. I need this in place by Monday, so this job will be awarded quickly and work will start immediately. Please read thoroughly and respond with what you recommend, how you are experienced in this, and we can get started straight away. Currently, I have a domain registered with namecheap and a basic microsoft office licence. I will change to whatever I need to as it is early still and I havent built my website yet, but the most important thing I need right now is my office environment that I can have staff use and secure my shared documents. My requirement is to have a licence that will permit me to provide access to: Excel Word Outlook A [Removed by Admin for offsiting - TO\C Section 13]/meeting applications ([Removed by Admin for offsiting - TOC Section 13] - what ever is cheapest and integrates with outlook calendars). Onedrive SharePoint My current domain allows for 3 email address, but I will need 5-10. I also don't seem to have a calendar when I map these emails into outlook, I am not sure if I need to have a domain registers with Microsoft or how this works. I don't have time to research and set this up right now so I am looking for someone with experience in doing exactly this as I have several staff that I need to onboard next week.
