I need a Proposal for Quick Submission

I got a quick request by a boss to write a proposal for a client who needs an online Point Of Sale inventory Management Software Solution for a cooperative of a firm. The firm deals in retail items and deals on Cash,credits and check payments. The retails outlets are in different locations and keeps different stores but transfers are made among these stores but customers account can be separate across locations but a customer can get services in the different retail outlets and credit history can be access from different locations. I need a proposal that explains the advantages of online inventory management and point of sale system,selling it to a non technical audience and explain to a layman in such a way as to make such appreciate the implementation of an online inventory management solution. I need a quick proposal in a few hours,someone with a past experience with such project will be highly considered, an immediate and fast solution is what I need.
