As I was reviewing your product description, I was very enthusiastic that you are anticipating someone to assist you with this (assignment). In addition to my 2 years of administrative skills, I also have obtained a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. There other skills I do possess such as clerical, telemarketing sales and research, customer service, sales, collections, accounts receivable and promotion/merchandising.
As a one person office, I organized and coordinated the office according to company's procedure as an office manager. Processed maintenance proposals, prepare sales memos and letters to real estate property managers to service their commercial properties, interviewing and hiring applicants for cleaning services, telemarketing, distributing mail, and answering phone calls for four different departments.
If selected for the project, I would like to begin with a meeting to discuss the materials and research generated to date. When necessary you can present me with illustration or sample of what is expected of me to execute these procedures.
