B2C telemarketing to usa residence

I require someone to do telemarketing to the United States area. The person must speak fluent English and be able to produce sales/leads. We will not do hourly however we paid per sale. The pay per sale is $15 and should not be hard to make as sale as people need this service and it only costs $1.95.
