I am in need of an Intermediate level call center agent who is perfectly bilingual in English and Spanish for my business. This job will involve various tasks and responsibilities which comprise: - Customer support: Assisting customers with their queries or issues and providing prompt solutions. - Sales calls: Making outbound calls to potential customers, sharing product details, and closing sales. - Technical support: Helping customers with technical issues related to our products or services. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling both inbound and outbound calls. A previous experience in a similar position will be a bonus.
