Create an Animation & Design a Graphic Image

I need someone who can design me an animation, usable on all web accessible devices, which will do the following: A black screen is presented. An outline of a butterfly will appear in gold shimmery color with some verbiage being written out (I will provide the verbiage, font, and a butterfly image to base the design on). Once the user clicks on the image or after a certain amount of time the screen will break into gold, black, blush butterflies flying away. I am also looking for someone to design a "progress bar" image in which a caterpillar make progress through a path and eventually turns into a butterfly. I will be using this image throughout my program curriculum and want to show progress every time a module/course/milestone is completed. This will need to be configurable as I may have 10 modules now, but could add 2 next month or maybe 6 in 3 months. The caterpillar can be animated, but I am looking for something that matches and promotes my brand. This will be a key piece of my marketing materials so it must be professional, stylish and adaptable. A NDA will be required.
