Production of 3D animated TV commercial.

I request bid for high quality production of 3D animated TV commercial concept; What I already have in place; 1. Story (partially scripted) - The plot is about how a canned insecticide character battles and eliminates pests’ characters in a home. (comedy/action/drama) 2. Art work/Comic strip based on story (Useful as alternative to storyboard) 3. Pre-produced Audio/sound (Including music, voice over and sound effects) developed from the script and comic. (Blending will be required) The above materials will be provided to the hired contractor or the shortlisted. Requirement: 1. Final video should be between 40 to 50 seconds in length. 2. High quality rendering. 3. Freedom to enhance quality of ad with your own professional initiative. 4. I like it to be hilarious and comedy-like in other to appeal to audience 5. Target audience for ad is African. But International standard and appeal can be applied. 6. Post production works included. a. Editing b. Audio modification if need be and if it will enhance final work. c. Audio mixing. I also welcome any expert ideas you might have on how to get the best out of this project. I have defined my budget price, but that should not in any way discourage you from submitting higher or lower bids. Let your price be what it will take you to deliver a quality job.
