Small Corrections to USB Enclosure With Solidworks

A 3D model of an USB drive enclosure needs to be modified slightly. It is important that all changes are performed precisely! Please read the instructions thoroughly. 1) The USB cap needs to be resized to the same outer size as of the enclosure (which size has been increased during the previous change). Of course the inner size of the cap remains unchanged. 2) The enclosure doesn't fit anymore. When I take a knife and cut the problematic area, which came as a surprise last time, both enclosure parts fit together almost. As you can see, the gap is much larger than the 0.5 mm you increased it last time. Hence, the problematic area needs to be modified so that it fits again. At the same - if possible - it should meet Shapeways' criteria. The resulting model must be provided in IGS and ProE format as well as in separate STL files.
