The animation I’ll make for you will be very smooth and natural, easy to edit if needed. The thing is, I work in Autodesk Maya. But I will be able to export the scene, so that it will be compatible with 3DS Max. Do you have any preference images of the house type you need built? Or the 3d model of the house itself? That would make the project go much faster. If not, there's no problem for me to model the whole thing, it will just take a little time.
