Healthcare data Required USA

The demographics of users should be distributed fairly between various ethnicity, gender, and age of doctors in USA. The data should be from real Out-patient and in-patient use-case spread across as many specialties as possible. Recordings/transcription should be available either sentence by sentence or the transcription should be available as SRT or similar files where we can extract small audio snippets from the corresponding text utterances.
