Mass emails to be sent to Singers in the Toronto area

Looking someone with a mailing list or myspace/facebook to send a huge amount of emails to independent recording artists/singers in the Toronto area. Needs some emails sent to 1,000 plus singers for them to sign up for a small music event. If you can deliver the service please reply back. Need this done in 2-3 days.
