Cocos creator 3D prototype

We are exploring the possibility of using cocos creator 3D for our games and looking for some one do a simple prototype. On successful prototype, there will be continuous work. The following is what we are looking at. A simple 3D scene to be set with lighting, shader and run basic animations etc. Basically we want to compare the quality of unity 3D vs cocos creator 3D to decide the technology of our product
