Video Editing

I have an hour + video in wmv format that I need some simple edits for. At about minute 3 I am introduced on camera and would like everything prior to that trimmed off. In it's place I would like a screen that fades in and says my name and then the name of the concept I am teaching, called "Chunk Marketing", perhaps with some background music. Then towards the end of the video I go into a sales pitch. I would like that sales pitch trimmed off as well. I would like to close off the video with a screen that fades in with the same thing as the intro. DL URL provided to winning bidder.
