BOOKING IN

I would like an it solution for booking people onto my campsite. i do not need anything to do with the cash side of things. At the moment we use a pen and paper based system. I have attached a mock up of what it looks like. my pen and paper system works as follows: i receive information on my guests via fax or email (this simply shows there name, reference, nationality, date of arrival, date of departure, how many adults, how many kids + kids ages, what type of accomodation they are staying in, and any special request items they have pre booked) I then take this information and plot it on my chart (see attached) using only the name and booking reference I also then fill out a piece of paperwork relating top the exact day they are due to arrive. On this i write all the rest of the information (see attached) This then completes my actual paperwork side prior to that customer arriving Then once that customer has arrived i just tick them off as having arrived on the daily piece every day i have to then visit every customer that has arrived the day before. i also have to visit every customer that is due to leave the following day. We do have guests that are only booked in for 1 night so obviously they do not get any of these visits. Also if the guest is staying with us for 10 days or more we will visit them in the middle of there stay. (all of this visit information is worked out from the booking chart) I am looking for an it solution to this as we do have quite a few mistakes happen. ideally i would it to be in either access or excel as i need to be able to open it on both mac and windows and an ios or android device. I must be able to: * print a report that looks somewhat like the booking charts (month view)* print a daily report that shows the days arrivals and departures * print a report of any visits due that day I would also like a admin user who can change the accommodation and a normal user who can only edit or add bookings.
