visual basic chat/game intregtation

I want to have a game setup so people in a chat can control the game that is on a website. i want the program made like this example _____________________________________________ |Program name - X -------------------------------------------------------- | Game here | |next move is: | | | | "button" by : username| | browse .exe file | | Chat box here| ---------------------------------------------------------- So basically the program is gonna have a browse for the game file you want to open , the game will be open in the pre defined window. it will NOT open a new window. so the program will read what the chat wants to do with keyboard/mouse functions. Someone says in chat "a" then the in game will send "a" for the keyboard functions. there will probably be about 15 keyboard/mouse configurations you will need to send. the chat will be on a different website and this program will be reading the chat.
