Hi, I have been developing websites since 2008 with a variety of CMS including Joomla WordpPress and Drupal. I also have experience with MLS integration. For instance I just developed the integration for a client using Sandicor (San Diego) but I also have experience with other MLSs on the East Coast. It would be helpful to understand what you want to integrate from the MLS and how you would like to structure your website. Do you specialize in type of listings for instance foreclosures, condo, etc. and do you lan on writing a blog that could be illustrated by some listings? Or do you only want to publish listings in an area? In any case understanding the specificities of you real estate business would be most helpful and would help define the scope of the project.
