Adwords or other Ad services manager required

Hello, We are looking for adwords and other CPC based ad service manager. We provide web hosting, vps hosting and server management services at very competitive rates and have been in business for 2 years now. We are looking for a well experienced campaign manager for CPC ads to work with our funds to maximize conversions. We want a 5% conversion rate atleast based on standard estimates. If you think this is too high or too low we can discuss this in further detail. The first month will be trial based and we will only pay if you manage the campaign well enough to achieve the target. Looking for a small budget for the first month and will increase as we progress. Quote your lowest possible rates as this will be an ongoing project. If you perform well we will consider hiring you to advertise more services that we offer. Daily budget is around $10 for first month. Consider this when you quote your prices.
