Consultation: How to market a new dating website

I plan on starting several dating websites over the next few months (one at a time): a free dating website, a christian dating website, an adult dating website, and a swingers website. I have seen listings requesting that a freelancer create fake profiles to populate their dating site...which I think is distasteful. I want to start my dating sites out honestly, but I want them to generate traffic and get sign ups. I am looking for someone with a feedback of 50 or greater (Preferably, someone who has experience in helping dating sites get started), to provide me a detailed/precise explanation of how they would market the site, build traffic, and get sign ups. This is a very simple job. Bids should stay at $30, as essentially all I am asking you to do is what they would normally do when placing a bid on a listing...but provide more detail and provide a chronological (step by step) plan on how you yourself would help me start the dating site legitimately. This is a precursor to the actual listing to put said plan into effect. Again, I am only looking for people who have a feedback of more than 50; however, if you have special knowledge regarding dating websites then you are welcome to bid.
