Quality Links Required...

I want 50 permanent quality one way links to my travel site (few different pages). 2 of them from .edu 2 of them page rank 5+ 1 from BBC (if you can) Link Rules: -No gambling / adult / drug sites -No free hosted site links -All UK/English -No blog comments / spam -Lowest page rank 3 -No directory / article submission. - Must not disappear after a few weeks - must be indexable by Googlebot - may not have any page restrictions like rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking, framed or cloaked pages, flash pages etc. - All links should be listed in a spreadsheet so I can proof them. - Must be manually submitted
