Search the Web for Something

Hi, I'm looking for Business Points of Interest (POIs) for Oman. I would like to get an excel sheet filled with business name, contact details and Location Lat and long. Any source would be fine for example, Updated Navigation system POIs or current yellow pages info. I would like to get a link to the source to get frequent updates. I recently downloaded sygic POIs file with extension .poi that could not convert it to other formats to extract data, if there is a way please let me know. Also, downloaded Open Street Maps with extension .osm file that i could not convert it and extract data as well. Your help in this field is kindly required. Thanks
