This project will automate the process of retrieving public ownership information from the Fremont County WY Tax Assessors web site for the Upper Little Warm Springs Subdivision. Currently, when the local homeowners association wants to send a mailing to all of the residents of the subdivision, they need to manually look up each record for each parcel in the subdivision. This project will automate this process. The Fremont County website is located at fremontcountywy.org. There is a search tool for property records located at: https://maps.greenwoodmap.com/fremontwy/map#zcr=0.6/1966000/948500/0&lyrs=publicland,cities,ownership,roads Alternatively, if that link does not work, it can be found by navigating Maps GIS >> Map Server >> Terms and Conditions >> Search >> Advanced Search For this project, all records that are returned where "Legal Description" = "Upper Little Warm Spring" should be included in the output. (Approximately 133 records) For each record, the following details should be captured in a tab delimited .csv file: Property Owner(s) Mailing Address Street Address Deed Location Acres (many to one) Class (many to one) This functionality will need to be available to multiple users to run as needed to get an updated list. Hi there, The requirements are quite clear and straightforward to implement. After running the program it'll fetch the results from greenwoodmap website and save them in the order you've specified as a csv file. No questions about the functionality. There're 2 options to make that available to multiple users. First, creating this as a Windows desktop application. Every user will run the program on his/her computer to get the results. Second, creating this as a web application to which users can access with any browser. First option will require the program to be delivered to each user individually, e.g via email. Second option will require you to have a server on the internet to host the program. I believe for your use case first option is more viable since it won't require any server and maintenance. If you go with the desktop application approach it'll support Win 7 and higher versions. Anyway, it'll be ready in a day, thanks.
