Another Easy Web Scraping Job ($100 Max)

Similar to my last request, there is another real estate website that I would like scraped with the Canadian data dumped into an MS Excel spreadsheet. There are approximately 9,000 entries. Each entry can have up to 30 data points, which would be matched to the Excel columns noted below: Name,Alternative name,Building ID,Main address,Address as text,ZIP,Complex,Neighbourhood,District,City,State,Country,Height (Tip),Height (Architectural),Height (Roof),Floors (Above Ground),Floors (Underground),Construction Start,Construction End,Renovation End,Gross Floor Area,Elevators,Floor-to-ceiling height,Parking Places,Units,Construction Type,Current Status,Facade Material,Facade system,Structural Material,Architectural Style,Main Usages,Side Usages,Facts,Companies Most entries will not list many of these data points as they are blank. Some date points, such as Side Usages, Facts, and Companies can have multiple data points which I would like in distinct Excel columns. I will give those bidders with the best bids the website name in a message, and will allow you to decide if you want the project after assessing the site. It should be very easy to do this.
