I am looking for an expert freelancer who has a program already built that can scrape the web and several directory categories for companies in paticular industries in all USA zip/postal codes and deliver in excel spreadsheet format with complete data and no duplicates. The list would then need to be appended with linkedIn and other public sites that provide contact information as far as Name of Executive, email if possible, etc. I would need: company name, company address, URL and phone number, CEO/CFO/COO contact name at minimum. After full scrape i will want you to remove duplicates ( based on phone number) So that i know you have read this completely please put the word zoolander in your response. I need an expert. If you have not done this before and cannot do this fast and comprehensively DO NOT BID.

You can't necessarily create a generic web scraper program if you're looking for different information because each website structures data in different ways. If you have a specific website in mind though this is relatively easy.
