200146 Big design job

Hiya, for a new website we are looknig for a graphic designer. The website will have a max of 10 pages, and you will ONLY be responsible for the layout - design, so don't worry bout these pages (they are actually being programmed by another scriptlancer at this time). Our company is selling publicly available files for customers to run online games. Our programmer team is called IAT > short for Indian Assembly Team (no we are not from india). The files and services we sell are all game related (Massively p(l)ayed multiplayer games) > read more in PMB. The products we need / want: LOGO: We need a logo for the IAT-GROUP. The logo has to involve an indian and the text "Indian Assembly Team" with a nice font. We would like both a small logo, and a 468x60 banner, so we can advertise. Colours are free to choose in conjunction with the website design. PAGE DESIGN: Our website is built this way: page 1: login box only. (only aproved members can login) page 2: Landing page page 3/4/5/6: info pages For 90% of our website pages, we will require a full page design, in which we can ' dump ' the content that we want to use. These page designs have to exist out of a nice rounded design (we like round), with nice rounded menu, and a professional look. Colors used will be tints of light blue + white / gray / silver. Furthermore the customer has to think he ended up on a webpage where we are selling files, and not we are running games or something, it's a business site, not a gaming site, however the theme is gaming. We want it to at least have some gaming elements inside (I can provide artwork on demand), but at the same time professional. More details will be discussed on MSN Messenger, WITH the designer. I require a high degree of communication. LANDING PAGE: The landing page will look like the attached screenshot ([login to view URL]). There will be a few big images (like in the joomla admin screen) with a picture and a description. These buttons need to be designed from scratch, and they will need to have a mouseover-"pressed_button" effect. An idea of custom made buttons that i want are attached in the [login to view URL] file. The Joomla buttons are too simple, I want some nice sophisticated "buttons" that look simple, but also professional at the same time. FINAL: As you can see this is quite the project, and I require a scriptlancer who knows how to communicate, and knows how to work. I am NOT looking for: - first-timers at photoshop - unexperienced people - people who think this will be easy. Customer satisfaction is a must, and I would like to hear your offer on "how" this would work, what the steps would be. The project deadline is in about 2 weeks. For ANY Questions at all, just PMB.
