176586 Re-design Floor plants

I need someone that will re-design in a professional, clean way the floor plans that I will be sending you. You will have to send it back re-designed either in gif or jpeg formats. In order to understand better I am attaching two samples of floor plans: before and after (the samples are obviously not the same subject, as the floor plans are from two different properties). I am looking for someone that will be working for me LONG TERM BASIS as I have a lot (approx. 50/60) of floor plans to be re-design. Please give me two different quotes one for easy project (floor plans) like the one shown in the sample “before” and one quote for bigger project (floor plans) like the one shown in the sample “after”. I must see how you manage to re-design the property floor plans so I will ask you to make an effort and send back to me the sample re-designed. Of course for the winner of the bid the sample re-designed will be considered valid and it will be paid. I WILL BE CONSIDERING ONLY THOSE ONES THAT WILL PROVIDE ME WITH THE RE-DESIGNED SAMPLE OF THE PROPERTY AS I NEED TO SEE HOW GOOD YOU ARE. - I need someone reliable - All rights, copyrights will belong to me after the payment. - must be available on instant messengers - You must be reachable by email promptly. - Payment will be done through scriptlance escrow only after our satisfaction. Please do not bid if you are not planning to send me the sample re-designed neither you do not accept the terms or do not have good feedback. This is an extremely easy and pleasant work to do so I am not expecting to pay a lot for it. Please on your bid do not forget to specify the price that you will charge to re-design the floor plans.
