Design a new website

Hi, Looking for someone to design a new website for a finance company, the website is something like a information site with "about us" and what services and products we offer. It needs to look very firm and professional, must be joomla compatible. You will come up with a few designs/ideals for us to choose and we will proceed from there. A few features off my head the website should have are: 1)Financial news feed 2)Stock market and currency exchange prices feed, preferably those with live graph/diagram. 3)employee log-in area(straight to email account) 4)Picture slider on the first page. You may need to help us with sourcing some high quality professional pictures. 5)SEO friendly template (explain to me in your proposal how you will achieve this) 6)Live chat function Recommend more features you think will be beneficial for us. Colour scheme should be base on the colour of our logo. We will send over the information to the chosen candidate. This is just a rough guide to what we are looking for. You should take inspiration from other banks and financial institutions website. After that if you are interested get in touch with us. Send us examples and history of what you have done and a brief proposal of what you plan to do and how you going to execute this project. The ideal candidate needs to be able to communicate with us quickly and through out the whole process, so Skype is a plus. Furthermore, preferably the person should have experience in building e-commerce website(future project). We are looking for people to work on other website we have in the pipeline so this won't be just a one off job from us. So this is really just a start to what we hope to be a good long term partnership between us and the chosen candidate.
