Fireworks PNG Website Template Tweak - Easy

I have two Fireworks PNG files that I have already sliced and made functioning pages out of. However, I need the html tables to repeat without breaking the images. I would continue to play with it until I made it work properly buy I am out of time and need this site completed very soon. The overall template layout can be seen at [login to view URL] [login to view URL] is the main page template. I would like for the left hand side to remain stationary while the right hand side repeats and extends down the page as you enter text/data/images. I would like both the "top box" and the "bottom box" areas to repeat, the "sidecard" does not have to repeat. [login to view URL] is the sub page template. Same thing here, I want the left hand side to remain stationary while the right hand side extends down to fit the text. The PNG files for fireworks can be found within the "layout" directory and are named accordingly. I need this compeleted ASAP. Would like to have it back tonight if possible. This should take someone who knows what they are doing all of 30 minutes to compelte so bidding starts at $30.
