384812 header grahpic and template

Hello LOGOBANK: Please let me know if you can help me. I have a website: [login to view URL] I need it to look very appealing to the eye with nice graphics and a website template. I'm looking for someone to design me a new header graphic and also a website template that looks more 3 dimensional with shadows. The one I have right now looks too plain and 2 dimensional. Please let me know if you can do this. I know it would be a big project so just let me know how much you would charge to get it done. Affiliate Eclipse is going to be a product teaching beginners how to make money online. I like the header grahpic I have now, but it doesn't look as high quality as I'd like it to look. I like the idea of stars in the background and an eclipse for the letter 'C'. I'm not too happy with the font though.
