Icon and banner design for app and website

You must design a logo banner for the website of our new Android App named RApptile. You must also design an Android icon based on this logo. The app is about reptiles (particularly snakes), so as a starting point we are thinking of the whole RApptile text for the banner, with snakes and reptiles around and on it. For the app icon, just the R in the same style. The style we are looking for is very Web 2.0 style, simplistic but beautiful. We'll be requiring the android icon according to the Android Design Guidelines ([login to view URL]) and in the sizes 512x512, 96x96, 72x72, 48x48, 36x36 . The website banner should be around 1000x120 pixels. Allow for other sizes too. We prefer Adobe Illustrator files or similar. You must have creative vision, be creative and create multiple versions so we can choose. We require unlimited revisions until we are satisfied (we have never required more than 4 revisions in the past with designers). Finally we require several icons for inside the app. These icons should all be drawn in the same style, preferably flat and need to be easy to understand in one view (there won't be a text label). These icons are: -Feeding -Weighing -Length (measuring length) -etc. (about 6 more) We will be more likely to pick you if you show some of your previous work, and even more likely if you can provide a mockup of your design idea for our project. This can be watermarked - we don't steal work.
