I need a programming service set up just like backpage . Com 'escort' section. Basically I need for the user to be able to click 'post an ad' in their city. When they click post an ad they will be able to Fill out a title, description, upload 5 pictures, pic a package $10.00 a week), and click to make the payment and post the ad. The ad will then post in order it was received at the top of the escort section page by itself in the order it was received.
