Simple but high converting squeeze page required

We require a web designer or team of web designers to create a simple yet effective squeeze page for our [login to view URL] must have experience in being able to produce high converting squeeze pages for email optins. Once a client optins in and requests a call back our sales team will follow up on the leads. Our current page converts at 8% but considering we simply require email optin we expect our new squeeze page to convert at around 30-50%. This squeeze page will be used to run a/b split testing on serps traffic.
