Skin for Our Auction Site

We are looking for someone familiar with PHP Pro Software (see link below) to initially design a skin for our upcoming reverse auction website. We want someone familiar with PHP Pro Software (see link below) but if you have strong arguments for using another similar brand software we will consider all suggestions. Either way we will need to see examples of similar projects you have done for any other auction, e-commerce or store front websites.
