Town Festival Website Design

I run an Australian web design agency ([login to view URL]) and I am looking for a graphic designer to design an original, creative, professional, uncluttered website design for an annual town festival. DESIGN REQUIREMENTS - Homepage design only - Layered psd's (and ai's if used) - Fonts - Button/navigation button hover states - Full, sole rights to the design BRIEF - Website will be for a Western Australian town, who has two annual summer festivals. The website will have information for both these festivals. - On the homepage, I would like two graphics, one for each festival, which will link to information for that festival (these graphics will incorporate photos from the appropriate festival). - Website to have fun, family oriented feel. - Site design will incorporate photo(s) from previous years' festivals (which may be turned into photo slideshow) - Primary links at top of page or below header - Navigation to left of content - Centered fixed width design with a width of 975 pixels WHAT I WILL SUPPLY - General information on the festivals, website structure, goals - Photos from previous years' festivals - Example websites that have the look and feel I am looking for - Anything else required INFORMATION REQUIRED BY APPLICANTS - Payment preference - Estimated date when you will be able to complete the work (2 weeks?) - Online portfolio or links to previous work Looking for a long-term relationship with a website graphic designer as there is more work available.
