Build UI for Web Application

We are looking for UI design of dynamic web application. The programming team will write the required code behind for populating the data to the controls on the web page. This task is * Only design a UI in HTML with CSS that is compatible with ASP.NET language. * UI shall fit(flow freely) in different devices. example computer, tablet. Note: When bidding for this task, please share the links to specific page in the web that show cases your previous work in the similar line. Also as an additional note for future hiring, let us know if you have programming team who can write code behind in C# for asp.net. Mock of the web page attached. It is just a reference. you are free to choose/propose theme, colors, layouts, etc as long as the required information is conveyed to user in Industrial environment.(easy to read) Hint : The text in green color shall be updated from code behind. The Data and time in header of the document, will shows a live time at Client browser. The table in the bottom is loaded from the data base.
