Redesign existing web site on latest Joomla 3,0 - repost

It was not properly maintained due to skills after it was setup up by a third party. Visually, it does not look as sharp and modern as the products we sell. The layout of information and pictures can look better. It also looks too static by today's standard and after reading up on Joomla/SEO, we are not sure if we had done everything possible to optimize our ranking in search engine.
