Need Wordpress Blog Designer

Hello, We are searching for a blog designer who will create a custom new designed wordpress blog, this person will use our current logo character and re-design for a more modern, professional look. Also, the blog design should be original and theme fitting with our line of work. Our blog site must be clean, yet sexy, appealing, easy to read and navigate. We must approve of your work 100% before any money is exchanged. I have gone through this before with one of our other blog sites and the work was not up to par and there was nothing I could do about it once the money was exchanged. This will not happen again! If we don't approve or would like for revisions to be made to the design, we expect this to be done in a timely manner. I will provide you with some ideas of what we are interested in for the blog site but you are more than welcome to take a look at the exisiting blog and take ideas from it based on the content. We will not accept an 1-2-3 style design that you can download for free. Also, when you present your drafts to us, we want to see the design in real time! That means what it's going to look like on our actual site. We are big on communication - We want you to talk to us AT ALL TIMES, we are friendly and would like to have a possible long term working relationship as we will have other projects and updates we will want to be made to the blog design for this project. We would like consistent IM and email communication at all times - I can promise, there WILL be revisions unless you are that good and make everything perfect in the first draft. The overall design should be simple, we do not want it to look simple! We want it to be web 2.0 ready with rss buttons, twitter buttons, and easy upload for videos right into the sidebar, any type of media for that matter. When hired, we will go over exact measures and what we want for you to take notes on and will expect for you to provide notes to us on what your plan of action is, how long it will take to complete the said actions.. We will NOT accept copy/paste advertisements or other non-personal bids. We want an artist who will work 100% for us.
