126611 Wordpress Expert Needed

I'm just starting up a new blog and am looking for some assistance to do web design, and also some technical work on integrating wordpress to do the things I want to do. I'm looking for someone who is familiar with WordPress and web hosting who can help me do almost EXACTLY (structurally) what this site has done: [login to view URL] As you can see it is NOT graphically intensive, the main work is with the coding with wordpress. I only need a simple website that is not graphically intensive and simple links. I have already set up the wordpress blog on my server and installed over 50 plug-ins, so you will be provided access login and password to my blog so you can work from there, and change things there. I have installed an expensive package of plug-ins you can use to incorporate a web-form which I will provide details on, and need this to be located at a very specific location (top left), as well as others. Here are examples of what will need to be done: - create graphic header banner for blog (no background picture), only text graphical banner. - setup the blog so that I can start posting content and have the option of tagging it so that wordpress can categorize it into different subjects on the left panel. (Look at [login to view URL]) - have the left and top navigational panel not change no matter where they go inside the blog. - when someone clicks on a category on the top panel, it will direct the user to a page which shoes a list of links to choose from (click on articles on [login to view URL] for example of this) and when someone clicks on a link inside that page, it directs the user to a .htm file that will display inside the blog. - the blog will be easily run by a non-technical person (me) so it must not be created in a way where I will have to hire a programmer every time I must post an article. I will provide full details when project will start. Please take a look at a visual map I have created for you to look at. Make sure you understand what I need before bidding. They are numbered, but they are in no particular order. [login to view URL] Again to make things clear, you will NOT have to write any content/articles or create fancy graphics. All I need is the structure of the wordpress website. I will also need the different posts that I post to the blog to be hosted automatically in it's respective directory that will be based on the title of the article. Like on [login to view URL] for example if the post is called "30 days to success", the folder created will be named: [login to view URL] for example. Communication is important so person must be available to either chat on skype/msn/yahoo/aol or talk on the phone (I will call) so understanding basic English will be helpful.
