Anyone own a web design website and be my business partner?

Hi there. I am looking for business partner out there where they allow me to use the term called "White Label" Meaning to say, I will need to have a site like yours and registered them in my own country (Singapore) to get the business licence. Using this method, I am sure a lot of people will trust a registered company/business and let me help them with their project such as hosting of their site, web designing etc I will help my business partner to get the clients and all I will get is a small return of commission. Sound ok? I will find many ways to market the services so that we could earn big money. Lets work hand in hand. I used to be in this line years back.
