Coupon Site Design

I want to build a coupon site that will look/work like a mix of these two sites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I own [login to view URL] but I want to build a new coupon site that will give business owners a coupon page like this: http://democitycoupons.com/244/72/Demo+City+Coupons/Pizza/Mark%27s+Pizzeria But the site should look more like this one. My site currently has texting capabilities, so I can provide some help on that portion of the site. I won't be doing daily deals on the front page, but I would like to feature businesses there so I should be able to edit the front large box within the admin control panel. I'd also like to be able to make my own pages (with an HTML editor) and choose which pages show up on the left side menu (see Local Deals, Deal Certificates, Daily Deal, etc.). The site should have an admin panel where I (or a webmaster) can login and change pages, the logo, background image, categories, and pull a spreadsheet of people who sign up to receive e-mail updates. I should also be able to control pricing for businesses who will sign up for advertising. The panel should also allow me to login to all business pages and to make changes to anything on them (including activating and deactivating them). The site should also allow businesses to sign up to advertise their coupons (will pay via Paypal). They will have their own login and a control panel that lets them add/update their business information, coupons, as well as pictures and add video (from Youtube). They should also be able to upload PDF files (mostly for restaurant menus). Finally, I will likely need to duplicate this site later as I intend to offer it as a business opportunity. I'll need to work with you later on duplicating the site for other cities (later projects).
