FREELANCE INDIAN WEB DESIGNERS @ Rs.50 per hour. The budget range ($ 20-100) given for the project mentioned is vague and should be ignored. This is not a one-time project but we are looking for a long term cooperation. We are in search of web designers with in-depth knowledge of HTML (Manual Coding), DHTML. JavaScript, Flash with ActionScript and PhotoShop for freelance job works. The current offer is of Rs.50 per hour, to start with and the payments will be made on monthly basis. You should be able to devote at least 3-4 hours a day for us. (Note: Only designers need apply; no programmers please)
