Multiple Wordpress projects + long term collaboration

Estimeed collaborators, we are looking for a reliable partner for our small team in italy. At the moment we're selecting 1-2 expert WORDPRESS web designers / developers in order to work in our smart team. We are planning to expand, we will evalute and we will offer growing salary based on the quality of projects, the efficiency and the seniority we're working together. PROJECTS SPECIFICATIONS: In most of cases we will provide a wordpress website fresh installed and configured with theme and important plugins (all licensed). The job is: - show your creativity in designing appealing pages with well formatted text and optimized images/icons (final contents should be in english / italian, we will use google translator and WPML plugin) - creating login-registration, booking systems and contact forms - customize layout/colors/fonts according to your taste and the company identiy - SEO and performances optimization of the site (important) - responsive check (if everything is ok on smarthphones/tablets and common browsers) - eventually migration of the site in staging server - feel free to suggest better ideas, or smart solution or an entire new project its easier to do, rather than explain ;) MAIN KNOWLEDGES REQUIRED: English, (Italian optional), WPML, Yoast SEO, W3T Cache, WP Security, BeTheme, Newsletter, Buddypress, CSS to fix some rare things, Prestashop (optional but would be good to have). SALARY NOTES * In case of speedjet delivery, we will provide a bonus salary, you will not get paid less, to have complited the project fast. * salary is humble only at the beginning regards Alexander (TOP WEB DESIGN)
