Revamp Shopify Site: increase functionality and customer experience

This is what we require:- We need designers with expirience in designing Baby product websites. As a guide please visit our site at [login to view URL] I am primarily aiming to improve the user experience, increase online sales, and enhance my brand identity through a website redesign. The design must be fresh modern and minimalist style whilst being engaging. We don’t want the same old ecommerce store, we are looking for something really different, so sample portfolio will be required. We want a clean active site which appeals to the young active mums. Bulit on the current template We sell Eco-Friendly Bamboo nappies and wipes we have a large Tic Tok and insta following, that is our main demographic. We feel the current template is a bit clunky, outdated and not fresh enough, the user experience is not as it should be. We use recharge, which is a bit clunky as the subscription tab s on the product are out of position. The subscription page also looks somewhat boring. We are open from moving from Recharge, to a better app i One of the points of difference from our competitors is that we “give back” to the community and Women’s shelters by donating funds and products, we donate to eco organisation- we do not leverage this enough. We need to emphasise that a purchase from us make a real impact on the environment. We also need an audit of our workflows as we wish improve workflow set-ups for abandon cart, up-sells, cross sells and re-marketing. Google integration and pixcal set up for Facebook and Google will also need auditing. We have issues with offering discounts, and this will need auditing. We would like an "offer" pop-out to offer a discount on the front page to sign-up. We would also like to disable the discount pop-up and replace with a new item ie “see us this week at” Targets: The main focus will be on elevating the visual design, ensuring it is seamlessly integrated while producing a style, which is modern and minimalist with a eco slant Specific Goals: - Visual Design: - Color Scheme: Requires a fresh, vibrant color palette that represents our brand's spirit. - Typography: Needs updating to be more readable and visually appealing on all device types. - Images: Looking for replacement of some images to better resonate with our target audience. - Functionality: - Product Search: Enhance this functionality for a smoother, more efficient browsing experience for our customers. - Checkout Process: Revamp for a quick and user-friendly checkout experience. - User Registration and Subscription: Improve for ease-of-use, promoting a higher rate of user sign-ups and subscribers. - App Migrations: Ensure seamless transition while undertaking these improvements.
