Add ''Autopilot'' Mode to Software

I have some Adobe Flex software that has 6 apps inside it, and each app has its own settings & options. As the software is now, the user is required to adjust each setting and launch each app manually -- and this isn't very good, because the whole process is quite lengthy. I want to add an "autopilot" feature that will change around the settings and launch the apps FOR the user, so that the user can just sit back and watch the program do all the work on its own. The user will give all the necessary information ahead of time, click "GO!", and the program will launch the apps in sequence, changing the settings around along the way, according to the user's instructions.
