In the first page: right image has to be anchored in that place (if you need, i can send you .jpg). Header in first page has to be empty. Starting to the second page for the following pages at left top, we need only the logo and at right the text of the header and the number of the pages starting from to… The big problem we find and we can’t solve is the main text box. When we copy a text inside, the configuration is totally different fron what we want. To summarize, we need this letterhead with fixed setting and visually like the file attached.
