i found a wordpress theme that almost works for me (havent bought it yet) the address is [login to view URL] i want these additions: *i want to replace the header with one of my own that includes flash animation and an affiliate coded banner 468x60 * in the right hand column for text links to other sites * in the right column space for 4 120x60 banners * in the footer area to be replaced with my footer which includes navigation to other parts of the site & a 468x60 banner only those with wordpress job references will be considered
