We are building 2 websites catered to different target markets currently independent of our main website with its own domains. These are 2 different sites that offer standard and customizable workstations and servers. Potential customers can immediately price/configure/order/inquire/purchase a workstation/server online with secure payment options. A particular part of this project would be to update/upload product and pricing information through an API and table/product information database without having to manually enter data into wordpress/woocommerce. There are currently 6-8 main products on each site with variations, but we want to be able to easily expand the with more products and more websites and share product information without having to manually enter/update product data specifications, descriptions, pricing, images etc. We are unsure that Woo Commerce product composites, product bundles and CSV import suite/customer order export is right for PC and Server configurations and pricing. Several examples of commerce-enabled product pricing configuation and product management ranging from complex to simple include: thinkmate.com.
