After taking a look at your list of tasks and the attached screenshots, most of the things that you list (changes to text colour, etc.) are small CSS fixes and can be done very quickly and easily. The two questions about notifications in the backend are a bit trickier to answer without logging in and taking a look at it but also shouldn't be big issues at all. We do a lot of work on fixing these kind of issues in WordPress sites for our hosting clients and I could get this done in a few hours for you. When I went to your site to take a look I noticed that I got a security warning in Chrome and that the SSL certificate is not right. I'm also happy to solve this for you if you need help with it. John
