Updating Mechlane.com with template called enginethemes

Looking for long term support on this , This is just a start of the project we will be rolling out more updates to this. My current coders are going very slow so I want to outsource this. 2. Some major things that need to happen, all messages and instant chat sent from customer and mechanic have to be approved manually - our current site [login to view URL] does this. I do have a design what the instant chat should kinda look like I know the template comes with a internal chat system we just need to modify it. Both parties can send images to each other but they have to be approved by admin. Admin needs to get a text and email whenever any party sends a message. [login to view URL] want to integrate square as our merchant online they have a api and paypal. [login to view URL] a 2 step hiring process meaning to book the mechanic the client needs to put down 25% plus $20 or whatever our cut is then order is booked and phone numbers can be exchanged, then once the mechanic gets to the job we want to have a button both parts can click that says arrived and it will auto charge the card online then the order is fully paid. Our current site [login to view URL] does not do this we have a 1 step escrow system where the customer has to fully pay the project upfront to be booked then phone numbers are given out. I do have designs for the 2 step process. [login to view URL] new projects page and when new mechanics sign up this has to be SEO friendly and drive traffic to the site. [login to view URL] want a Reviews page feed on the home page of the site like our current site shows the newest customer review. [login to view URL] instant chat will show the closest online mechanic to the customer based off IP address then if no one is there it will show the closest mechanic , if they want to see more mechanics they can click the next button and feed through the mechanics, this page will also be called Find A Mechsnic - page and be on the hamburger menu. [login to view URL] need a dispute system built where parties can go back and forth and try to resolve the issue I’m sure this template has something like that. [login to view URL] need [login to view URL] installed so both parties get text messages when hired and get a message and whenever there is a status change and admin needs some notifications as well sent to our cell and emails. 10. Admin need to be able to edit all text and upload videos on inner page ex. The Warranty page or Article page or Blog . The online mechanics portion on the home page of mechlance is the instant chat that I reference about, this page will also be the find a mechanic page. The one thing we need to add in the review process on mechlance is asking for how much money they saved we don’t ask that question on mobilemechanic.com. 15. It’s important that the articles content stay same on the article page and please make sure Disqus is added at bottom of each article. Server - I have a 1and1 server Im not sure which server is the best but if you have a good idea Im open to ideas like a amazon server.
