Wordpress Plugin – Engineer Tracking The plugin should do the following; 1. Create jobs and assign them to engineers. • The plugin should allow admin user to create jobs which the engineers will attend. The Admin should be able to add the following data to the job. o Customer Name, Address, Phone Number, Details of Requirements, Appointment Day and Time. Engineers can receive and update job details using their own login. When engineer’s login they can see their next appointment. But also have a calender view of up and coming appointments • The engineer will be able to choose to input what was done on the job, upload photos, customer signature and request parts (from the woocommerce products) that need to be ordered for this job. • The engineer will be able to assign the job as complete which will send the customer an invoice via email with payment link via WooCommerce, assign the job as order parts, which will email the admin and show in the admin job queue assigned to them and request the parts to be ordered. Job sheets automatically generated. • A paper form of the job card can be printed using PrintNode api. Add checklists to jobs for things such as service checks. • Allow admins to create check lists for routine services. And assign them to jobs. o For example: Customer A, wants a door fitted this will be a call out and needs to take Door Size, Colour, Material. Customer B needs a routine service. Hydraulic Oil Change, filter changes and so on. Email confirmations to Customers on job booking with photo of the engineer attending. Email Confirmation to Engineer on job booking, and add it to the engineers personal queue of jobs. Email Confirmation on Engineer submission as complete. Email Confirmation on Engineer parts request Email Confirmation to customer on re-visit appointment Allow the adding of Text Areas, Radio, Check Boxes to the Job Sheet that can be requested to be complete by the engineer.
